"Catch it, bin it, kill it"

The best thing that you can do to protect yourself is to practice good hygiene. When you cough or sneeze, it is very important to follow these rules to prevent the spread of infection:

  • Always carry a tissue

  • Use clean tissues to cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze
  • Bin the tissues after a single use
  • Wash your hands frequently with an antibacterial wash or soap and hot water.
